Decoratz is not a party supply rental company. Our quality and party decor is offered at an incredible wholesale price, making the purchase is cheaper than renting. This is fantastic news as it allows you to stay within or under your budget with premium products that can often be used again for other events or home use.

At Decoratz we pride ourselves on offering a wide assortment of the most popular and highest quality supplies. Our inventory ranges from settings to decorative centerpiece items, and more. Our extensive selection of backdrops, and other event decor is ideal for weddings, bridal showers, anniversaries, corporate events, baby showers, engagement parties, birthday parties, and all formal, catered and even casual events!

9. Can I get a free sample?

At this time we do not offer free samples other than swatch requests. You can purchase one item as a sample. This will help you determine if the material, color and style are right for your event before you commit to a larger order.

11. Will my color match my previous shipment?

We cannot guarantee our current inventory will match any items from a previous shipment. It is recommended to order the required number of fabrics all at once.

12. Will your color match a different company color with same name?

We are unable to guarantee that our colors will match a different company's color with the same name. The color names we give our fabrics are not previously coordinated with other sites, nor are they universally matched across all sites. Any similar/same names of those from another site are simply a coincidence and not done to purposely represent a sameness in hue.

16. EXCHANGE & RETURNS:

We want you to be happy your purchase. If you have concerns, please contact us on decoratz80@gmail.com with your information along with your query and we will work with you to make it right! If the product is damaged or defective when you receive it, we will be happy to replace it for you, we will need a clear unboxing video as Proof that you received a damaged/defective product. Without the proof, we will be unable to exchange the product for you.
In case of wrong product received, the same product will be fixed or a new one will be made if cannot be fixed or permanently damaged.
There are NO RETURNS on products unless wrong or defective product is received.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO OFFER STORE CREDIT IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK OR In CASE OF ANY OTHER ISSUE.
All returns/exchange (only on eligible items) & exchange are processed within 7 days following their arrival at our warehouse.
For personalized items, there will be no order cancellation or refund since the product is just made for you. In case of wrong product received, the same product will be fixed or a new one will be made if it cannot be fixed or permanently damaged.
